This unique 10-year bourbon is crafted using a one-of-a-kind maturation technique. Each barrel is finished with two distinct Vermont oak barrel heads—one medium toasted at the “snout” and one smoked maple toasted at the “tail.” To fully capture the flavor from both ends, the barrels are flipped 180 degrees during aging, a first-of-its-kind “Snout-to-Tail” process that delivers big, complex character in every sip.
